MERIDIAN CLIMATE AND ENERGY ADVISORY

ABOUT US

Meridian Climate & Energy Advisory is a boutique consultancy specializing in energy transition, decarbonization, and climate finance, based in Brazil and operating projects throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. We deliver technical and executive support to transform goals and guidelines into implementable plans and project portfolios with technical and economic viability.

We operate at the intersection of public policy, market, and finance: designing sectoral plans and roadmaps, defining implementation methods (governance, regulation, capacities, and financial instruments), and structuring investment and financing strategies (including mechanism design, pipeline modeling, and project preparation for banks, donors, and investors).

Our deliverables are “decision-ready”: diagnoses and scenarios, prioritization matrices, action plans, governance structure, KPIs and monitoring, timelines and budget—plus stakeholder facilitation to accelerate alignment and execution.
